Sheila Antall

Sheila Antall is a skilled UX and service designer with extensive experience in implementing human-centered design solutions across various industries. Currently serving as a UX Designer at MyGrowthub, Sheila has successfully redesigned client services and enhanced user interfaces for 22 web pages using Agile methodology. Previous roles include Product and Service Designer at THORDRIVE, where automation of services improved employee efficiency, and Student UX and Service Designer at Hyundai Motor America and FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, focusing on journey mapping and service strategy. Sheila's expertise is further demonstrated through contributions to the Cleveland Foundation on a COVID-19 initiative and a design internship at Cleveland CycleWerks. Sheila holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the Cleveland Institute of Art and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Social Work from Saint Louis University.
