Steve Baker

Steve Baker, CA, CMA, CPA, ICD.D, serves as a Board Member at DT Midstream, where Steve also chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of the Audit and ESG Committee. Baker is the President of Rondeau Energy Consulting Inc and has held various advisory roles, including Chair of the Advisory Board at the Ivey Energy Policy and Management Centre and a member of advisory boards for MyHEAT and MaRS Energy Board. Previously, Baker was a Board Member and Chair of both the Markets Committee and the HR & Governance Committee at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO). Steve's extensive experience also includes senior positions at Gazoduq Inc, Enbridge, and Spectra Energy. Baker holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Waterloo, alongside their qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and Certified Professional Accountant.
