Omri Alon

Omri Alon began their work experience in 2013 as an Analyst for the Government of Israel. In 2015, they worked as a Big Data integrity analyst for Wefi. In 2016, they joined MyHeritage as a Data Engineer, developing BI solutions and utilizing Python, Apache Spark, Hive, and Hadoop. Omri later became the Data Engineering Team Lead at MyHeritage in March 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Data Engineering Instructor for NAYA-College from January 2019 to November 2021.

Omri Alon earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tel Aviv University. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Ben Zvi Highschool.
