Melissa Allen

Melissa Allen has been working in the Human Resources field since 1999. Melissa began their career as a Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Generalist at United Distribution Group. In 2009, they moved to Precision Global Systems - Automotive Manufacturing Company as Human Resources Director. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at TTi Global as Human Resources Director, North American Operations. In 2018, they took on the role of Human Resources Business Partner/Manager at American Hole 'n One. Melissa is currently employed as a Human Resources - Remote at myHR Partner, Inc.

Melissa Allen obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resource Management from Eastern Michigan University between 2006 and 2009. In 2021, they also obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education. Additionally, they hold a PHR from Professional Human Resource Certification.
