Stephen Jackson has extensive experience in the automotive and service industries, currently serving as the Director of OEM Engagement at myKaarma since June 2021. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Director of Enterprise Sales at myKaarma following the acquisition of SMI Safety Maintenance Inspection, where Stephen served as President from December 2014 to June 2021. Stephen co-founded PocketExpert in January 2013, a company that enhances customer communication for automotive dealerships. Earlier in their career, Stephen was the Director of Operations and Operations Coordinator at SMI Safety Maintenance Inspection from June 2012 to December 2014, demonstrating a strong capability in strategic planning and operational leadership.
