Rudiney Franceschi

Rudiney Franceschi has a strong background in software development and engineering, with extensive experience in various roles.

Rudiney started their career in 2006 at SGI Sistemas de Informatização LTDA, where they worked as a Ruby on Rails Developer and later as a Scrum Master. During their time there, they played a crucial role in upgrading the company's ERP to web technologies, contributing to its market success.

In 2011, Rudiney joined B4 Soluções as a Teacher, where they taught Rails courses to the general public. Rudiney also co-founded Oren Fit, a company that developed an online SaaS product for Pilates studio management. As the Co-Founder and Principal Ruby on Rails Engineer, they hired and trained a team and led the development and release of the product.

Rudiney then worked at Sage as a Ruby on Rails Engineer, joining a team focused on adapting the company's small business SaaS, SageOne, to the Brazilian market. Rudiney collaborated with a global team of Rails developers to ensure the localization of the software.

From 2016 to 2017, Rudiney worked at Pipefy as a Senior Ruby on Rails Engineer, contributing to the growth of the product from an MVP to a widely-used solution in thousands of companies worldwide. Rudiney led various initiatives, including refactoring critical code bases, implementing GraphQL, and migrating features to React.js and Redux.

In 2018, they joined Visitec as a Technical Consultant and Principal Rails & React Native Engineer. Rudiney played a key role in the development of a SaaS product for field-service agents, contributing to its successful launch and rapid adoption.

Most recently, Rudiney worked at DevMaker as the CTO, spearheading a complete overhaul of the company's technical department. Rudiney led the transition to a new tech stack, implemented Agile development processes, and successfully migrated teams from PHP to Rails and Kotlin/Swift to React Native.

Currently, Rudiney is a Full Stack Engineer at Mylance, and continues to leverage their expertise to contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
