Rosario Caldas has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world. In 1995, they began their career as a Director at Mello Valores - Sociedade Financeira de Corretagem. In 2002, they co-founded Bohemian. In 2004, they became a Consultant to the Board at Eurotrials. In 2006, they were a Director at Jason Associates. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at various companies, including HeadPartners - HR & Management Strategic Advisory, Consultant R&D firms, and Executive Search & HR Advisory. In 2019, they became a Partner at GlobalBay. Most recently, in 2021, they joined LEON as the Head Of European Markets.

Rosario Caldas has a Degree in Economics from FEP U. Porto, a Risk and Derivatives Management Program from Porto Derivatives Stock Exchange | UCP, and an Executive Program in Luxury Brand Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
