Fabio Montemerlo

Fabio Montemerlo is an experienced professional in training and development, currently serving as the Learning Outsourcing Manager at Mylia_ since June 2011, responsible for coordinating custom delivery projects nationwide and designing training process outsourcing services. Previously held roles at Mylia_ include Training Operations Manager and Area Training Manager, where management of performance and teams in the North West and Lombardy regions was a key focus. Prior experience includes positions at ADECCO FORMAZIONE S.R.L. as Training Developer Manager and Training Consultant, where strategic planning and training course organization were emphasized.
