Roberto Pancaldi

Roberto Pancaldi serves as the Managing Director at Mylia Advancing Humanity since January 2019 and also holds the Managing Director position at Mylia, Adecco Formazione from December 2018. Under Roberto's leadership, Mylia has become one of the largest training and development companies in Italy, generating over 51 million euros in revenue annually and managing a team of more than 140 professionals. Additionally, Roberto has been the Head of Adecco Training in Italy since January 2007, overseeing 110 staff across 12 branches. Previous roles include Area Training Manager and Executive Education Manager at ALMA Graduate School, as well as Executive and eLearning Education Manager at Profingest Management School, where responsibilities included budget management and training course delivery. Roberto Pancaldi earned a degree in Lettere Moderne from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 1990 to 1996.
