Madi Cobb began their professional career in 2018 as a Peer to Peer Sales Associate for Aramark. In this position, they used their product knowledge to market and personally sell meal plans to off-campus students, assisted in setting up and marketing promotional events, and managed social media platforms by promoting on-campus dining options and engaging with students. In 2019, Madi became an Employee Benefits Intern for Holmes Murphy & Associates, where they created and updated spreadsheets for insurance renewals, monthly billing reports, and client proposals, and attended client/carrier meetings and job shadowed co-workers. In 2021, Madi became a Chapter Consultant for Phi Mu Fraternity, traveling independently to Phi Mu chapters at 24 universities, across 14 states to help with recruitment, leadership development, and relationship building with the national organization. Madi had the unique and rewarding opportunity to help start their newest chapter at Boise State University, where they recruited and retained 100+ members. In 2022, Madi joined Mylo as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this role, they have the opportunity to grow the organization with the factor that drives all of their success- their people.
