Joe Ventrone

Joe Ventrone is a seasoned professional in the housing and real estate sector, with over 45 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Matrix Rental Solutions since March 2023, Joe Ventrone advocates for modernizing the rental application process to benefit both tenants and landlords. As a Board Member of the North Rosslyn Civic Association and in various roles with the National Association of REALTORS® since 2003, including Senior Policy Advisor and Vice President for Federal Policy, Joe has significantly influenced policy and regulatory matters. Previous experience includes senior advisory roles at the Federal Housing Finance Board and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, along with a long tenure as Deputy Staff Director for the House Financial Services Committee. Joe Ventrone began their career in 1971, holding positions that contributed to a deep understanding of housing programs and policies. Education includes studies at Curry College and American University.
