Cliff Hayashida has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Cliff started their career as a Webmaster at Mountain Ocarinas Inc. in 2002 and later became a Consultant at Westbridge Technology Group LLC, where they developed applications and business intelligence solutions. In 2003, they joined The Hartford as a Consultant, working on various projects such as commercial insurance web development and redesigning customer internet sites. From 2006 to 2008, Cliff worked at The Hartford as a Consultant, designing and building the WEISS application and working on data processing applications for annuity platforms. In 2007, they also worked as a Consultant for Cox Media Group Digital & Strategy Team, where they served as a Software Developer.
