David Zanaty

David Zanaty is the current Chief Real Estate Officer & Head of Institutional Strategy at Mynd. David has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.

David started their career at CB Richard Ellis in 1998 as Manager - Finance. David then joined AIG Global Real Estate in 2005 as VP Development. In 2012, David joined Starwood Waypoint (now Invitation Homes) as SVP Operations. David left Starwood Waypoint in 2016 to join Opendoor as Division GM. David left Opendoor in 2019 to join Mynd.

David Zanaty has a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, a Master of City & Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Philosophy from Emory University. David also has certification from USGBC Georgia in LEED AP and from the Georgia Real Estate Commission in Licensed Real Estate Broker.
