Oliver Brueggeman is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in quality engineering and validation processes within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Engineer at HOWMEDICA OSTEONICS CORP. DBA STRYKER ORTHOPAEDICS since March 2021, Oliver has also held positions at Avantor as a Validation and Process Engineer, and at Bristol-Myers Squibb and Tecomet, Inc. in senior quality roles. With expertise in writing Master Validation Plans and executing IQ, OQ, and PQ validations, Oliver is skilled in tracking production metrics such as rework, rejection rates, and scrap rates.
