Heather Gingerich

Heather Gingerich has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Heather currently holds the position of Vice President, People & Development at myOrthos, a role that they assumed in March 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Gale Healthcare from January 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Gale Healthcare, Heather was the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at Brookdale from May 2019 to January 2021. Heather's background also includes significant roles at Smith & Nephew, where they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from July 2016 to May 2019, and as a Human Resources Business Partner from February 2013 to June 2016. Heather began their career at First Advantage, where they held positions such as Generalist, HR Business Partner from September 2011 to February 2013, and Human Resources Coordinator from December 2010 to September 2011. Heather's first professional experience was as a Human Resources Associate at IHETS, where they worked from September 2009 to December 2010.

Heather Gingerich completed their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Business Management at the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis from 2006 to 2010. Heather later pursued a Master's Degree in Business at Florida State University from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as SHRM - CP from SHRM in January 2015, and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2012.
