Tamar Landman

Chief of Staff at Myowndoctor

As Chief of Staff, Tamar works to assist the executive team and leads special projects. Previously, she worked as a Policy Fellow at The Primo Center, the largest family homeless shelter in Chicago, and has research experience working at the Yale Cancer Center and Center for Community Engagement and Health Equity to reduce racial disparities in colorectal cancer screening rates. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she worked on a project to improve outreach strategies in Connecticut. Tamar was also the Director of Programming for Community Health Educators, an organization that teaches comprehensive health courses to over 2,000 public high school students yearly.

Tamar is a graduate of Yale University, where she earned a B.A. in History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health.
