Jack Webb has extensive work experience in various roles related to business analysis and product management. Jack started their career as an Information Assistant at Kingston University in 2006 and worked there until 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Business Analyst at BSkyB, where they gained expertise in telecom processes and worked on projects related to broadband and telephony information systems. In 2014, they joined EPAM Systems as a Business Analyst and worked on a project for Elateral Limited, collaborating with a global team of Coca Cola marketing product owners. Since 2015, they have been working at MyPeople Group, initially as a Principal Business Analyst and currently as the Chief Product Officer. In this role, they are responsible for managing the development and delivery of MyPeople Analytics and HR products. Jack also conducts market analyses and leads the product development teams in aligning the strategic vision with the product roadmap.
Jack Webb completed their education at two institutions. From 2003 to 2006, they attended the University of East Anglia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychosocial Sciences. Following this, from 2008 to 2011, Jack attended City University London and earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Systems Analysis and Design. In addition to their academic degrees, Jack obtained a certification in "People Analytics: Transforming HR Strategy with Data Science" from Emeritus in October 2022.
