Donna Salerno

Donna Salerno is an accomplished legal and privacy expert with extensive experience in the diagnostics and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Chair of the Diagnostics Privacy Consortium since 2023 and Vice President of Privacy at Myriad Genetics since May 2022, Donna has previously held senior privacy leadership roles at Natera and Quest Diagnostics, including Executive Director and Privacy Officer. With a background as General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Prognos Health and Senior Corporate Counsel at Quest Diagnostics, Donna has developed a deep understanding of privacy laws, compliance, and data protection strategies, enhanced by a foundation in litigation and corporate law gained from earlier positions at AT&T and Gibbons P.C. Donna holds a BS from NYU Stern School of Business and a JD from Seton Hall University School of Law, both earned cum laude.
