Robin Carr

Robin Carr is an accomplished biopharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in drug discovery and development. Since November 2019, Robin has served as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Scientific Officer, and Chief Development Officer at Myricx Bio. Additionally, Robin has been a Drug Discovery Consultant at Home Farm Bioscience Consulting since May 2019. Prior experience includes roles at GSK from June 2015 to March 2019 as SVP Drug Design and Selection, and at GlaxoSmithKline from June 2007 to March 2015 in various leadership positions including VP of Molecular Drug Discovery. From June 2000 to March 2007, Robin held the position of VP of Drug Discovery at Astex Pharmaceuticals. Robin holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Total Synthesis from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from Imperial College London.
