Ian Fleming

Ian Fleming began their work experience in 2016 as a Communications Intern at Direct Communications, where they facilitated collaborations between companies and associations and pitched news stories to media outlets. In 2017, they became a Communication Specialist at the same company, and in 2018, they transitioned to the role of Training Manager, where they trained and managed customer service agents. From 2019 to 2021, Fleming worked as a Partner Success Manager at Shipt, and during this time, they also served as a Training Manager and achieved a high retention rate while prospecting and negotiating a new LMS vendor. In 2021, Fleming joined Fuzzy as a Senior Partner Success Manager, contributing to the company's growth through strategic partnerships and a competitive deal with a national chain. Currently, they are the Head of Retail at MySimplePetLab, where they focus on providing user-friendly pet testing and expanding the company's offering through comprehensive tests.

Ian Fleming received their high school education at Carmel Catholic High School from 2009 to 2013, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following that, they attended Samford University for four years from 2013 to 2017. At Samford University, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
