Nathalie Lambrechts

Nathalie Lambrechts is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent development, organizational learning, and people strategy. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at myskillcamp since June 2021, Nathalie spearheads the development and implementation of a people strategy that supports business growth and enhances employee engagement. Prior to this role, Nathalie was a Talent & Development Senior Manager at Deloitte, focusing on the talent experience, onboarding, and leadership development for over 1,200 talents. Nathalie has also held prominent positions at D'Ieteren Auto, Solvay, SOFICO, and the Cabinet ministériel, where responsibilities ranged from executive development to strategic people management. Educational achievements include a DES in Human Resource Management from Ichec Brussels Management School and other degrees in public sector legislation and philology from various institutions.
