Swati Seth

Swati Seth has worked in various accounting and financial roles since 2012. In 2012, they started as a Staff Accountant at ElixirCT, where they supported month-end and year-end close processes, maintained fixed asset and depreciation schedules, and performed bank and G/L reconciliations. In 2017, they moved to Comfort Keepers as an AR/AP Supervisor, where they supported financial planning by forecasting cash, tracked DSO and KPIs, and prepared budgets for office expenditure. In 2018, they joined Augmentation Positions as a Joint Controller, where they re-engineered financial systems and processes to support robust management reporting, created forecasts and budgets, and ensured compliance for financial and tax reporting purposes. In 2020, they moved to The Edge Treatment Center as a Financial Controller, where they provided financial projections and growth plans, arranged capital from financial institutions to fund expansion, and initiated corrective actions to minimize the impact of variance. Most recently, they joined myStartUpCFO as a Sr. Financial Controller in 2021.

Swati Seth completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Lucknow. Swati then went on to obtain their Chartered Accountant certification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, specializing in Accounting, Auditing & Taxation, and also completed a Management and Communication for Leadership course there. In 2017, they attended The Wharton School and completed an Accounting Analytics course. Finally, they earned their Strategic Business Management degree from the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business in 2020.
