Paula Parks

Paula Parks is the current Director of Operations, Packs at Mystery.org. Paula was previously a Consultant - Engagement and Partnerships at Galileo Learning from January 2012 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for building two engagement pilots from the lens of customer satisfaction and retention and conducting A/B testing to determine outcomes, including data collection and assessment. Paula also created training manuals for both digital and paper-based engagement strategy pilots, oversaw implementation in two territories, and offered internal and external-facing support.

Additionally, Paula Parks was the Partnerships Coordinator at Galileo Learning, where they led communications and logistics for a partnership with two outside organizations, allowing the extension of internal programming to a new customer base. Paula also managed, documented, and coordinated curriculum adaptations and materials sourcing.

Prior to their work at Galileo Learning, Paula Parks was a Co-Founder at Circus of Smiles from October 2011 to August 2019. Paula was also an Elementary Art Teacher at Lincoln American International School (Buenos Aires, Argentina) from February 2009 to May 2009 and an ESL Teacher; Summer Program Assistant Director at Lingue Senza Frontiere from January 2009 to December 2009.

They are on a team with Sarah Mankowski - Customer Success Specialist, Caroline Kaplan - Senior Sales Operation Manager, and Alisha Joy - Customer Success Manager. Paula Parks reports to Eric Berson, VP, Customer Success.
