Allison Kaplan

Allison Kaplan is an accomplished editor and content creator with extensive experience in journalism and media. Currently serving as Editor In Chief at Twin Cities Business since April 2018 and Vice President of Content at MSP Communications since June 2020, Kaplan is also a co-founder of Mother Of and has been a radio host for Shop Girls on myTalk 107.1 since January 2007. Prior to these roles, Kaplan held significant positions at Mpls.St.Paul Magazine, including Senior Deputy Editor and Senior Editor for Shopping & Style, and co-founded Ali Shops Digital, LLC, which provides a mobile guide to the Mall of America. Kaplan's editorial career began with founding AliShops.com and working as a shopping/style columnist for the St. Paul Pioneer Press, supported by a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
