Rajat Mann has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2010 as a Retail Sales Assistant at Century Videos, where they focused on customer service, retail sales, and database management. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Support Specialist at Vodafone New Zealand, providing technical support for various services and assisting in the development of service improvement processes. In 2013, they joined Mako Networks as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, handling network and security incidents and providing advanced troubleshooting and configuration support. Rajat was later promoted to Support Engineering Team Lead, where they supervised a team and managed customer service performance and technical KPIs. In 2017, they joined Tait Communications as a Managed Services SMC Tech, responsible for incident management, problem management, and change management, as well as improving processes and ensuring SLA compliance. Currently, they are working as the Vice President - eGaming at MyTeam11 Fantasy Sports.
Rajat Mann's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Rajasthan, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009.
