Vanessa Collura has a long and impressive career in customer service and education. Vanessa began their professional journey in 1992 when they became a French Teacher at Roselle Park High School. During their time there, they implemented the FLES program, researched and evaluated a new textbook series, and organized extra-curricular events. In 1995, they became an Executive Assistant to the President of Club Med Sales, Inc. where they acted as a liaison between Club Med locations worldwide and the New York office. Vanessa also negotiated corporate contracts, translated legal documents, and planned vacations for VIP clients. In 1997, they moved to Onex where they were an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director. Vanessa coordinated financial documents, researched companies for potential acquisition, and arranged meetings between Onex executives and the management teams of targeted companies. In 2000, they became an Executive Assistant to the Chairman and Founder of BNP Paribas Asset Management. Vanessa managed executive communication, maintained executive calendar, and was the main point of contact between the firm and the parent company. In 2010, they became the Owner and Director of Kumon North America, Inc. and in 2021 they became a Customer Success Manager for Theo, Inc., working remotely from Tampa, FL.

Vanessa Collura attended Rutgers University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in French Language and Literature.
