Caroline Hatlapa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Caroline began their career at Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf as a Project Manager for Expansion Management. Caroline then joined Rudolf Wöhrl AG, where they worked as a Project Manager for Sales and later as the Head of E-Commerce. Following that, Hatlapa worked at Bube & Dame GbR as an Entrepreneur in Residence, and then at ESCADA as the Global Retail Operations/Business Solutions Manager and later as the Retail Operations Manager for Central Europe. Currently, they are employed at mytheresa.com, initially serving as the Head of Customer Services, then promoted to the Director and most recently the Vice President of Customer Care.

Caroline Hatlapa obtained their degree in Diplom-Kauffrau in Betriebswirtschaftslehre from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht between 2001 and 2006.
