Dr. Katharina Behme

Dr. Katharina Behme has a diverse work experience, starting from 2010. Dr. Katharina worked as a Freelance Consultant in Retail Practice at Kienbaum Consultants International from September 2010 to January 2012. Dr. Katharina also served as a Project Lead for Corporate Education at Steinbeis Center of Strategic Management from October 2010 to January 2012. Dr. Behme worked as a Lecturer at Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin from October 2010 to January 2013. Dr. Katharina then joined emnos GmbH, Part of the American Express Group, as a Consultant for Insight Delivery from January 2012 to September 2015. After that, they worked at PAYBACK as a Manager for Data Projects and Accounts from September 2015 to November 2017. In December 2017, they joined mytheresa.com as Teamlead CRM and later worked as the Head of CRM & Marketing Intelligence from April 2020 to January 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Director CRM & Marketing Intelligence at mytheresa.com, starting from January 2022. In addition to their corporate roles, Dr. Behme also worked as a Lecturer at Hochschule für Technik Stuttgart – University of Applied Sciences from August 2016 to March 2018.

Dr. Katharina Behme holds a Bachelor of Science degree in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued further studies at EADA Business School and received a Master's degree in International Management. Dr. Katharina later attended HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management from 2015 to 2018 and obtained a Doctor of Economics (Dr. rer. oec) degree with a specialization in Marketing. Recently, in 2021, they also completed a program at the Industrie und Handelskammer (Chamber of Commerce and Industry), becoming a certified Business Mediator (IHK).
