Nicole Brugger

Nicole Brugger has a diverse work experience in HR services, starting their career in 2005 at Büroservice Schmieder GmbH as a Human Resources employee. Nicole then worked at Tanner AG as a Human Resources Assistant before joining BDS Sysko GmbH/Syskoplan AG as an Assistant to the CEO/Human Resources. In 2009, they joined Computershare Deutschland, where they worked in various roles, including Human Resources Officer, Junior HR Generalist, HR Generalist, Head of People (Germany and Switzerland), and finally as the Employee Relations Team Manager for Continental Europe. In 2015, Nicole became the CEO & Co-Founder of Toddgo. Their most recent position is at mytheresa.com, where they initially served as the Head of HR Services before being promoted to the role of Director HR Services in 2023.

Nicole Brugger received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from FOM University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2013.
