Cole Magliano

Cole Magliano is a Sr. Talent Partner at myTOD, LLC, with experience in managing placements for biopharmaceutical and medical device clients. Cole has successfully filled various roles from entry-level to director and VP positions. Prior to this role, Cole was a Talent Sourcing Specialist, where Cole sourced and engaged talent for senior-level positions across different industries. Additionally, Cole co-owned LoveLi Designs, successfully creating and selling products, and managed the supply chain process. During their time at San Diego State University, Cole worked as a Resident Assistant, ensuring the safety and well-being of almost 800 residents. Cole holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship.
