Prior to this role, Javier worked as a Senior Talent Partner at Impellam Group from March 2013 to September 2021, starting as a Senior Recruiter. Javier has experience recruiting qualified professionals for direct hire and contract positions, conducting interviews, maintaining active pipelines, ensuring compliance, and building relationships with clients. Javier also has experience as a Recruiter and Administrative Assistant and attended Mt. San Antonio College from 2009 to 2013.
