Felipe Furlan da Silva

Felipe Furlan da Silva has extensive experience in technology and engineering leadership roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Engineering at Jimdo since September 2020, where they led a team of 95+ members and successfully implemented a cost optimization project. Prior to that, Felipe held the position of Head of Engineering at Jimdo and Engineering Manager at Jimdo. Felipe also worked as a Private Investor at AppJusto starting from March 2022. Earlier in their career, Felipe worked as the Chief Innovation and Product Officer & Partner at MZ, where they focused on building high-performance teams and developing innovative products. Felipe also served as the VP of Engineering at HAPPYCAR GmbH, where they were responsible for the company's technical and product strategy. Felipe has a range of experience across various other companies and roles, including owning their own business, F2S Treinamentos, coordinating at Startup Grind, and working as a Microsoft Official Instructor at People Campinas (Oficial). Felipe is a co-founder and Chief Information Officer at Smartrade, where they developed an educational platform for the financial market. Felipe also worked as a Solution Architect at STML and as a .NET and SharePoint Specialist Consultant at Iteris Consultoria e Software, where they worked on various projects for companies such as Raízen, International Paper do Brasil, and others.

Felipe Furlan da Silva holds a BS degree in System Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas (2006-2009). Felipe further pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology Project Management at Ibmec (2013-2016). Felipe also completed an Executive MBA program at FIAP (2018-2020) and attended executive missions in Startup Nation - Israel at StartSe University (2023) and in Silicon Valley at StartSe University (2018). Felipe has additional certifications in Oracle Certified Expert - SQL and TS: Web Applications Development with Microsoft .NET Framework 4 from Microsoft.
