Madhawa Illangasinghe has extensive work experience in sales, business development, customer service, marketing, and technical support. Madhawa started their career at Advanced Circuit Engineering Co., Ltd as an R&D Digital Electronics Engineer. Madhawa then joined Huawei Technologies Lanka Co., (Pvt) Ltd. and held multiple roles including Technical Support Engineer, Corporate Service Manager, Manager Marketing and Business Development, and Customer Service Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Sales Telecommunication at N-able Private Limited, where they are responsible for leading the sales team.

Madhawa Illangasinghe completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering at the University of Moratuwa from 2001 to 2005. Madhawa then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2014 to 2016. Recently, from 2019 to 2021, Madhawa studied at the University of Colombo School of Computing, where they earned a Master of Business Analytics degree specializing in big data analytics, data visualization, database management, and Python programming.

In addition to their formal education, Madhawa obtained several certifications. These include being a Chartered Engineer from the Institute of Engineers Sri Lanka in 2021 and obtaining the Lean Six Sigma White Belt certification (v4.0) from the Management & Strategy Institute in 2020. Madhawa is also certified in Automation Anywhere as an Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional and an Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional. Madhawa has acquired various credentials in the fields of digital marketing, Dell EMC, VMware, and Google Analytics for Beginners, among others.
