Talia Grossman has over 10 years of work experience. From 2016 to present, they have been the Head of Platform for an E-Commerce Network at &frnds. From 2012 to 2016, they were a BE Developer for E-Gov and Branchless Banking apps and an Automation Developer at VascoDe Technologies. From 2010 to 2012, they were a QA Engineer and Automation Developer for EMS (element management system) at Teledata Networks (via Matrix Global).

Talia Grossman has a background in software testing. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Tester certification from John Bryce Training. In 2011-2012, they earned a CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) from ISTQB. Additionally, they hold a Certified Tester Foundation Level certification from ISTQB.
