Shelley Dillon

Shelley Dillon is the Head of People at n-fuze, beginning in October 2023, where responsibilities include enhancing the employee lifecycle through a holistic People strategy and fostering a people-centric work environment. Prior to this role, Shelley served as an HR Business Partner at Southeastern Railway from February 2019 to November 2023, collaborating with senior management to design HR strategies that align with business needs. Additionally, Shelley held the position of Area HR Manager at Archer Daniels Midland Company from April 2015 to February 2019, and has worked in various HR roles at Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and other organizations, gaining extensive experience in generalist HR functions, recruitment, and employee relations. Academic credentials include a degree in American Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University and secondary education at Wilmington Grammar School for Girls.
