Marinda Carelsen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and business development. Currently serving as a Partner at N2Growth, Marinda contributes to building top-tier leadership teams for leading global brands. Previously, as CEO and co-founder of co-creator.io, Marinda coached online entrepreneurs in creating successful businesses, and co-founded BappoPlus to democratize software development. Marinda also served as Founding Executive Director at Bappo, specializing in transforming tech ideas into scalable SaaS applications. Additionally, Marinda has experience as a business coach with Gazelles International and worked in market development and strategy at Integral Energy and Eraring Energy. Marinda holds an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and degrees in Psychology and Divinity from the University of Pretoria.
