Carina Jarabroviski

Carina Jarabroviski has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment roles. Carina is currently working as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Devoted Studios, a production management company for video game development. Prior to this, Carina founded their own consultancy firm called Funit, where they partnered with clients to ensure the best long-term recruitment matches and acted as an HR Business Partner for companies without internal HR functions. Carina also worked as a Senior Lead Recruiter and Tactical Talent Manager at peoplepath, overseeing client engagement and leading recruiting strategies for N3TWORK Studios. Carina has previous experience with Accenture, where they held roles such as Regional Talent Acquisition Assoc. Manager for Mercado Libre, leading a team of recruiters across multiple locations. Carina also worked as a People Sourcing Consultant for Mercado Libre while freelancing. Carina's earlier experience includes a role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DIA Group and a Senior IT Recruiter at Accenture.

Carina Jarabroviski obtained a Bachelor Degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Carina also holds a certification in IGCSE from the University of Cambridge.
