Caleb Bowman

Caleb Bowman has a diverse work experience spanning several prestigious companies and roles. Caleb currently serves as the President & CEO of NABCO Electric Company, Inc. since March 2023. Prior to this, Caleb worked as the General Counsel at NABCO Electric Company, Inc. from August 2020 to March 2023. Caleb also has experience as a Corporate Associate at Troutman Pepper, where they focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate practice from July 2018 to August 2020. Before that, Caleb worked as an Associate Tax Counsel at GoldenTree Asset Management, advising on tax structuring and integration of acquisitions and dispositions from August 2016 to July 2018. Caleb also served as a Senior Associate at PwC, providing tax structuring services for cross-border M&A and asset management clients from July 2013 to August 2016. Caleb began their career as a Summer Associate at Dempsey, Steed, Stewart, Ritchey & Gache, LLP. and as a Legal Intern to the Hon. Curtis L. Collier at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee.

Caleb Bowman has a solid education background. Caleb attended Georgetown University Law Center from 2012 to 2013 and obtained an LL.M. degree in Taxation. Prior to that, they earned their Juris Doctor degree in Law from Samford University between 2009 and 2012. Caleb also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, which they received from Auburn University from 2004 to 2008. Caleb completed their secondary education at The McCallie School from 1999 to 2004.
