Cheryl also served as an HR Manager at Telsmith, ETE REMAN, and Grede Foundries, Inc., where they managed various HR functions and made significant contributions to talent recruitment and the development of benefit programs. Cheryl has also worked in roles such as Human Resources Generalist and Interim Benefits Manager. Cheryl's experience spans over two decades and includes responsibilities such as talent management, recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
Cheryl Milbauer, MHRLR, SPHR, completed their Master's degree in Human Resources & Labor Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications. Cheryl holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI, which they obtained in February 2020. Cheryl also obtained a Notary Public certification from the State of Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions in June 2012.
