Connor Blankenship

Connor Blankenship, PhD, is a Senior Scientist at Nabla Bio, with prior experience as a Graduate Student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. Connor's research includes high throughput screening to identify novel regulatory sites on O-GlcNAc transferase and the development of a screening platform for protein-protein interaction inhibitors. Connor has extensive expertise in biochemistry, focusing on peptide binding affinity and the engineering of OGT constructs, as well as cellular and molecular biology, uncovering epigenetic regulation in cancer. Earlier work at the University of Michigan involved designing bioreactors for vascular network development and isolating novel antibiotic and inhibitor compounds. Connor holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
