Hassanatu Blake

Hassanatu Blake, PhD, MPH, MBA is a Commissioner at Maryland Health Care Commission. Previously, Hassanatu served as the Director of Health Equity & Social Justice at NACCHO. Hassanatu is also actively involved in teaching at various institutions such as Tufts University School of Medicine and Brooklyn College. As a researcher at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Hassanatu focuses on community health initiatives. Hassanatu is also the Co-Creator and Co-Host of Twinfold with Hassa and Hussa, and the Co-Founder and President of Focal Point Global. Hassanatu's educational background includes a PhD in Health Behavior, an MBA, an MPH, and a BA in German Studies and Africa and the New World.
