Craig Antczak

Craig Antczak has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Craig started their career in 1989 as a Lead Engineer at NorthStar Matrix Serv, where they helped establish repair processes for computer peripherals. From 1993 to 1995, they worked as an Engineering Manager at Juno Enterprises, specializing in over-molded coils and windings.

In 1995, Antczak joined Veeco Instruments as a Director of Operations. Craig played a key role in designing and building complex ultra-high vacuum capital equipment used in semiconductor production. Craig consistently achieved budget and P&L objectives, leading to a 10% annual revenue growth and improving on-time delivery from 85% to 94%.

From 2012 to 2015, Antczak served as the Director of Operations at Anderson Dahlen, Inc., responsible for reorganizing staff and resources in contract manufacturing. Craig Antczak received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota, which they attended from 1985 to 1990. Additionally, in 2004, Craig attended Century College to pursue studies in accounting and finance.
