Lou Longhi

Lou Longhi has a comprehensive background in sales and leadership roles within the financial services industry. Lou is currently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Naehas, a leading SaaS solutions company for financial services companies. Prior to Naehas, they worked as the CRO at Boost Payment Solutions, where they optimized the use and acceptance of commercial cards.

Lou also has experience as the Executive Vice President - Sales at Lombard Risk, where they provided regulatory reporting and collateral management solutions to clients in the financial services industry. Before that, they served as the Global Head of Sales - Investment Management Solutions at Broadridge, overseeing global sales for the investment management solutions business.

Earlier in their career, Lou held senior management positions at Surecomp and SunGard Financial Systems, where they focused on growing the businesses and improving sales teams. Lou also played a key role in founding Smartstream Technologies, Inc., where they built and managed a successful startup in the financial technology and services industry.

Lou's career began as the Global Head of Sales and Marketing at CSI Complex Systems Inc, a trade finance solutions company serving international banks.

Throughout their career, Lou has consistently exceeded sales targets, rebuilt sales teams, and implemented effective strategies to grow revenue. Lou is known for their leadership, mentoring, and ability to drive results in the financial services industry.

Lou Longhi completed their education with an MBA in Strategic Management - Graduate Honors from Regis University, starting in 2009 and graduating in 2011. Prior to that, from 1988 to 2001, they attended Seton Hall University and earned a BS in Business Administration - Cum Laude, specializing in Management. In 1984 to 1986, they studied Aerospace Engineering at the United States Air Force Academy.
