Lena Sagen

Lena Sagen currently serves as the CEO of Mestergruppen Arkitekter AS, where responsibilities include overseeing the development and operation of a multidisciplinary consulting business with multiple locations and departments. Sagen is also a member of the GRO Nett advisory board for Næringsforeningen i Trondheimsregionen and served as a board member for RIF - Rådgivende Ingeniørers Forening in Trøndelag. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Environment and Sustainability at HRP, where Sagen was responsible for establishing and managing a unit in line with strategic directives, and Director for the Midt region, overseeing consulting operations in construction and infrastructure with budget and personnel responsibilities. Additional roles include Project Manager at Trondheim Eiendom and Project Developer at Maja Eiendom AS, alongside extensive project management experience at Norconsult AS. Lena Sagen holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Building and Construction from Narvik University College.
