Tammy Hettinger

Tammy Hettinger is a seasoned professional in strategic partnerships and development, currently serving as the Senior Director for Strategic Partnerships and Development at NAFSA: Association of International Educators since March 2023. Previously, Tammy held the position of Executive Director at Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) from April 2019 to April 2023. Additional roles include Director of Global Member Development and Engagement at Humentum, Director of Annual Fund and Development Operations at both TechnoServe and the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids, and Director of Development at Children's HeartLink. Tammy began a career in development management at the National Democratic Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Policy from University College London and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.
