Previously, Srikrishna held the position of Head of Analytics and Loyalty Partnerships for Blue Rewards at Al-Futtaim from May 2018 to October 2021, where Srikrishna conceptualized the customer value proposition and developed a go-to-market strategy for a retail-wide loyalty program. At Landmark Group, from November 2010 to January 2018, Srikrishna managed the Shukran Loyalty Program, leading its transition to a centralized structure and launching various innovative products while utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decisions. Srikrishna's earlier roles include Chief Manager for Membership Services & Alliances at Reliance Retail and National Account Manager for Coalition Loyalty at imint (Payback) - LSRL. Srikrishna began a career at Philips India Ltd as a Deputy Manager. Srikrishna holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Faculty of Management Studies - IIRM.
