Karl Schwemlein

Karl Schwemlein has an extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Karl is currently the Vice President of NAI Geis Realty Group, Inc., a strategic affiliate within the Philadelphia Metro of NAI Global. In this role, Karl's primary focus is on tenant representation and landlord representation in the Philadelphia Tri-State area. Before joining NAI Geis, Karl held the position of Vice President at MS Fox Real Estate Group from 2017 to 2020 and had been an Associate at the same company since 2009. Prior to that, they worked as a Junior Pricing Analyst at Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors in 2008 and as a Maintenance Sales Associate at Primavera Systems in 2007.

Karl Schwemlein pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from 2004 to 2009 at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business.
