Clément Fraisier-Vannier has held various software engineering roles since 2011. From 2011-2013, they were a C++, Qt4 and Qt5 developer and system administrator for a personal project, a Moodle integrator for Sciences Po Toulouse, a Symfony2 developer for PLC Distribution, a Java developer for IRIT, and a KDE PIM contributor. In 2014, they were a Java developer and trainee for Capgemini, a C++ developer and trainee for Capgemini, and a C++14 & Qt5 developer and concepteur d'interfaces utilisateur for Airbus. From 2015-2018, they were a C++14 & Qt5 developer and concepteur d'interfaces utilisateur for Latécoère, a C++14 & Qt5 developer for Scalian Unmanned, a C++14 developer for Isae Supaéro, a C++14 & Qt5 developer for Scalian Unmanned, and a C++17 and Python 3 Software developper for Naïo Technologies, where they were also Head of Software Engineering and a Software, electronics and mechanical prototypist in robotics.

Clément Fraisier-Vannier began their education in 2010, when they completed a two-year technical degree (DUT) in Computer Science at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III. Clément then continued their studies at the same university, completing a three-year university degree (Licence) in Computer Science in 2013. The following year, they completed their first year of a Master's degree in Computer Science with a speciality in Software Development at Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III. In 2014, they moved to ENAC - Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile to complete their second year of a Master's degree in Computer Science with a speciality in Computer Human Interactions, which they completed in 2015.
