Brittany Myszka has a diverse work history, starting in 2015 as an Inside Sales Executive and Independent Consultant at Hagadone Printing Company. In 2016, they transitioned to a role as an Administrative Assistant at Liliʻuokalani Trust, where they coordinated logistics for a large conference and assisted with an expense software roll-out. Brittany then worked at the Hawaii State Department of Education as a Contracted Substitute Teacher from 2017 to 2019, managing classrooms and utilizing various software tools for teaching. In 2019, Brittany joined EY as an Inventory Analyst and later became a Business/QA Analyst I, where they focused on analyzing and improving business processes. Currently, they work at Native American Industrial Solutions LLC (NAIS) as a Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst, and Human Resources Director/Business Consultant.

Brittany Myszka completed their Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management, from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Brittany attended the university from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Print/Web/Broadcast Journalism from the same university, attending from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Brittany obtained a Human Resource Management (HRM) Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2019.
