Anna Vincent-Gill Mrics

Anna Vincent-Gill MRICS has extensive work experience in the field of building surveying, project management, and project monitoring. Anna is currently working at Naismiths as an Associate Director in Project Monitoring since October 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Development Monitoring Surveyor at Naismiths from February 2018 to September 2020.

In 2015, Anna worked at Hampton Jones as a Chartered Building Surveyor & Project Manager, where they were responsible for providing project management, governance, and building surveying services. Anna specifically managed projects for the Ministry of Education, including the ten-year maintenance plan and planned growth project for educational facilities throughout the North Island.

Anna also gained experience as a Voluntary Consultant at Women Into Construction CIC in 2018, where they provided their expertise on a voluntary basis. Additionally, they served as a Committee Member & Student Liaison Officer at RICS Sussex Matrics from September 2014 to January 2016.

Prior to these roles, Anna worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor at Coppard Giles Ltd from May 2014 to October 2015. Anna also worked as an Assistant Estates & Facilities Manager at Oliver Bonas from June 2013 to May 2014, and as an Assistant Project Manager at Gardiner & Theobald LLP from July 2012 to June 2013, where they were involved in significant refurbishment and extension projects.

Anna began their career as a Building Surveyor at two different companies, BLB Surveyors from November 2008 to July 2012, and PSE Associates from February 2007 to November 2008. Anna also worked as a Surveying Executive at Jones Lang LaSalle for the year 2006.

Throughout their career, Anna Vincent-Gill MRICS has demonstrated expertise in building surveying, project management, and project monitoring, working with various organizations and clients in the construction industry.

Anna Vincent-Gill MRICS completed their education in Building Surveying from the University of Brighton, where they earned a BSc (Hons) degree from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a HNC degree in Construction from London South Bank University between 2007 and 2009.
